I like the small size freeing up desk space. Was the easiest computer to setup and get running, I have owned. It has everything I needed for home use. It comes with a mounting bracket that lets you mount it anywhere you want. I mounted mine on the side of my desk. I had to buy a usb hub for everything I have running on the computer. It has 4 usb ports. It comes with a hdmi cable. I connected the computer to a 32inch TV I was not using.

J’ai acheté ce PC pour remplacer une ancienne tour. Il est beaucoup plus performant et libère de l’espace à mon bureau. L’installation fut un charme. Je suis très fier de mon achat.

Considering it comes pre-installed with Win 11 Pro, is very easy to set up, very compact, and quiet most of the time, I give it five stars. If I have one complaint, yes, the fan does kick on for a few seconds here and there and if placed nearby (it’s so compact it’s easy to do that), you will notice it. But that’s nitpicking. Recommend if you need to go from Win 10 to Win 11 and just need a snappy functioning PC, not a workhorse for gaming, professional content, etc.

Unexpected and disappointing service provided by GMKtec-Shop / Amazon!
I initially order a different model of GMKtec mini PC. Expected delivery was set to ~2 weeks after setting the order. A few days prior to delivery date I noticed that the status of the shipment has yet did not changed to “shipped”. I contacted customer service, and they claimed that the order is on track, and I will get the product on time as expected.
On the day where I expected to get the pruduct the order status has changed to “cancelled”. I reached again to customer service, moving between way too many support agents, eventually I was asked to submit a new order and use fast delivery option and promissed to refund me for the extra shipping cost once product will arrive. Had to order a different model since the one I originally ordered was out of stock. Upon product arrival (finaly I got it 1.5 month after originally setting the 1st order) I reached custoer service again, asking for the shipping refund as promissed. However, even after escalations and treating me with rood, the bottom line was that they do not have procedures to refund for the fast shipping fee. Following this purchase I have canceled my Amazon Prime subscription and will start looking for other alternatives from now on. Whether it is tje specific store or Amazon themselves. This level of customer service is completly unacceptable!

Set up was so easy! I am so happy. Only thing I had to do was go in and set the time manually. Because I turn off the location and all that sending information to who knows where. I set up to monitors with ease it automatically selected number one and number two monitor. I’m happy so far. I’ll come back and do a 3-month or so update.

Boot time is ok, but the drive is not the best performant.
Wifi connectivity is good.
Overall – I would say 3.5 – it is not definitely a replacement for the desktop I hoped for, but can be used as a secondary device.
