Great product straight out of the box. I was unsure as to whether or not it would be compatible with my work laptop since they won’t allow downloading 3rd party software, but even without it, this webcam performed well for my Teams call. I decided to not download the software for my gaming laptop at home either since it’s already great on its own, though I might play with it at a later time.
Fantastic at adjusting for low lights when working from home. I’ve been a long time user of Logitech products since I was in high school; was very happy to add this to my collection in addition to my Logitech G products. Would highly recommend.

Camera works well, software easy to use. Links well with Microsoft teams.

Camera kept going out during calls. Downloaded the Logitech app and did troubleshooting, did not fix the issue.

Worked when I first plugged it in then was never responsive afterwards. Tried it in three different computers, none of them recognized it and it was never usable on any of them.

The cameral swivel function is terrific but the weight of the cord/cable off the back makes the camera swivel in ways undesired. Camera moves on its own!

Better than the 920! Does a great job in lower light!

I was having problems with an undependable older camcorder that had worked fine for years and then decided to get cranky. So, I bought this one and it worked better than the old ever did. Both were Logitech.

I searched for weeks to find the right camera and found this. The quality of the product and the lighting is amazing, but it doesn’t always work.
It may be because it is a USB-C connection, which I don’t have on my laptop, so I had to buy a converter from USB. Bummer it doesn’t work. I’m returning it.

I’m generally unimpressed with the quality of the video and the fact that it’s not mountable to a stand is intensely annoying since the cord tends to move the camera. Why wouldn’t you create a mount that can be screwed into a stand?

Decided to upgrade my webcam when my SLR would no longer work with Zoom. The image quality and light handling is good—and the software to change settings is really easy to use. I really like that I could easily bring it with me for my laptop when I travel—it’s small and durable.
