The webcam itself is works well and produces excellent results. There were challenges to getting it to work with OBS, but the issue was resolved with a firmware update. The 4K resolution is great and produces clear results. At first there were also some issues with automatically zooming to the user when it was set to a fixed 1.0 zoom, but that was also resolved by playing with the Insta360 control settings. All-in-all a good investment.

Acheté et testé pendant plusieurs mois pour remplacer une ancienne webcam Logitech. Celle ci est bien plus qualitative (résolution excellente en 4k et en basse lumière). Je n’ai pas eu besoin d’installer les logiciels accessoires, elle a tout de suite bien fonctionné et a été reconnue par windows, zoom et meet. Le son est également de très bonne facture. Le système d’attache (aimanté) est correct et se pince légèrement sur le sommet de mon écran avec facilité (la pince aurait pu être plus puissante pour une utilisation plus nomade)

It is a great product featuring AI functionalities. I didn’t use white board and smart board features but they looks amazing. The best features I like are the autoframing and gesture.
Autoframing tracks your face and always put you at the center of the screen when you move.
The gesture feature allows you to zoom, control auto framing and whiteboard is practical feature
The 4K video quality is makes remote video confercencing a breeze
Overall, I like it and it is definitely worth if you a Youtuber, or working remotely.

Good device in terms of form factor, quality feel, etc… Video is outstanding and the software is pretty good. Gesturing is a bit slow to respond but I’m using an ancient PC so that’s reasonable and not likely related to the device. I did have to switch back to my old mic as folks on the other end said I sounded horrible. A clipping of some sort each time before I spoke. Will try different AI sound modes to see if that can be improved. One issue that is concerning is in the photo attached. Within the software all the buttons are in one location but to click them I have to be about 3/8″ of an inch higher. The software is framed off between the area that responds and what’s on the screen. The photo shows and outline that appears and where the app display is located. (That is actually how the app displays). Will try an uninstall and reinstall to see if it helps.

I’ve been using the Insta360 Link 2C for a while now, and it’s hands down the best webcam I’ve tried. The 4K video quality is incredibly sharp, making a huge difference in Zoom calls and recordings. The AI-powered tracking is smooth and actually useful—it keeps me perfectly centered even when I move around during Zoom calls.
I bought it as a substitution of my phone-as-camera and it works well.
What really stands out is the low-light performance. Unlike other webcams that struggle in dim lighting, this one keeps the image clear and well-exposed without looking grainy. The autofocus is quick, and the different modes, like DeskView and Whiteboard, add a lot of versatility.
It’s definitely on the expensive side, but for the quality and features, I think it’s worth it. If you want a high quality webcam that just works flawlessly, this is a solid choice.

This is A fantastic camera, I own a black one and bought this white one for my wife. The white color is very beautiful on the it. Design is neat and modern. Easy to turn the camera on and off, easy to change the angle of the camera and it sits steadily on my iMac screen. The video quality of the camera is great. I love the white board recognition is very useful, now I love doing design session because I can capture everything easily.

If you have the ability to use Continuity Camera, even with an older iPhone like the iPhone 12 or 13, you will find that it has significantly higher image quality than even if this newly-released webcam that is supposedly one of the best you can buy. Continuity Camera gives me lower noise, better automatic contrast and white balance, and much more pleasing skin-tones, all without any configuration. Even after fiddling with every available image quality feature from the software that this comes with I could not get the image quality anywhere near Continuity Camera. So look, if you can’t use Continuity Camera, then this webcam is much better than whatever is built into your laptop, but I continue to be confused and disappointed that in 2025, there is not a single webcam maker that can produce image quality better than what you can get from your iPhone. The only way to beat Continuity Camera in quality is with a full size DSLR or mirrorless camera, but those often overheat when used all day for a webcam, and they are extremely clunky to set up and use day to day.
