I love the brand name to start off. I have been a huge cloud Fan for many years. I really like this mouse. I have smaller hands and currently using an arm rest to play games. So i needed something rather small, and this fit the bill perfectly. It is a little light, so if you need a heavier mouse, this is probably not the way to go. I can’t see it being used effeciently with MMORPG gamers, but it seemingly works well for casual RPGS like Sword art online for instance. Mouse clicks feel great and very easy to do. When I first got it, my computer wouldn’t recognize it, but a simple restart of the computer fixed that. Just in case you need to know. It uses usb to recognize it, and I’ve used it for about 8 hours and never had disconnects or anything. Compared to the other mouses I’m using like the Razer, and Logitech, I think i like this one better, just mainly due to it being light, easy clicks, and the feel of the placement of my hand on it. I recommend this to anyone. It seems to be a good product for that price point.

DISCLAIMER! this is a review from someone who was looking to replace my model o that’s gone bad! i’m just gonna go through some details that i think could help if you’re in a similar position, but this is not a comprehensive review because i’m not qualified to do that
in trying to find a mouse that was a similar shape to the one i’m familiar with i found a website called eloshapes that has a database of mouses and their shapes that you can use to compare. this mouse is a little bit shorter, it slopes down a bit harder in the front, and the sides of the buttons are a bit cramped by the sides of the mouse (in comparison to what i was used to). that being said, all of the mouses i’ve tried that were closer in shape to the model o had some other issue that i couldn’t fix, i.e. high actuation force on the buttons & the mouse not being in stock anymore. this one is great in those regards, good actuation force and i can buy it, so i decided to help the different shape by putting an extra layer of grip tape on the front buttons. this worked surprisingly well!
broadly speaking, i really like the slope of the mouse. i’m tired of nearly every popular mouse having curvature that peaks in the back half of the mouse, mainly just because it’s really uncomfortable for the way i hold my mouse. this one puts the peak of the curve more in the middle.
the included grip tape isn’t great. i wouldn’t really recommend using it as more than a template to create a piece of grip tape out of a better material. that’s not the worst!!! it’s about on par with all of the other cheap grip tape out there. i wouldn’t get your hopes up too high for it. but it’s nice that it’s in there! that being said, i didn’t use them like that, as i like for the grip tape to cover all of the parts of the mouse my hand touches, so i just made my own panels of grip tape. if you want to do that as well, i’d recommend using masking tape to plan the pieces, and then try to lay it flat on a piece of paper. if it won’t sit flat, cut the piece into multiple smaller pieces or make a relief slit to release the pressure.
the software is fine, it wasn’t janky or slow or confusing to navigate. the mouse can double click, so i guess have fun if you like that and beware if you hate it. to be honest, i’ve found that changing how you click the mouse can either guarantee double clicking or completely prevent it from happening at all. i’m not necessarily saying it SHOULD be on the user to handle the issue, but seeing that there might not be a perfect fix that they can implement in manufacturing, it wouldn’t be a bad thing to look into. also you can’t change the polling rate, if you need that.
(also thank you hyperx for ditching the holes in the shell. i hate cleaning those!!!)
anyway. i tried a lot of cheaper options and they just weren’t really doing it for me. this feels like it was built well and i’m hoping it will last me at least as long as the model o that i’m using this to replace. we’ll see!

I’ve been using the HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 for about 9 months now, and honestly, I’m pretty impressed. All the buttons work fine, and the battery life is amazing. The manufacturer claims it lasts up to 100 hours, and that’s pretty accurate. I use it for about 5 to 8 hours a day, and when I’m not using it, I leave it on, and it lasts the whole week. When it needs charging, just 5 minutes is enough to get it back to full.
The software is super easy to use, no complications, and you can tweak everything to your liking. The sensor works great, really precise. I won’t say it’s the best mouse for competitive gaming, since this is my first one with these specs, but it’s been amazing in shooters.
If you’re looking for a mouse to improve your performance in shooter games and don’t want to spend a fortune on pricier models, I’d recommend this one without hesitation.
What’s good:
• Long battery life: Lasts the whole week with just 5 minutes of charging.
• Precise sensor: Really good for shooter games.
• Easy-to-use software: Customize everything easily.
• Great value for money: Perfect if you don’t want to spend too much.

This mouse has a lot of great features—its medium size, very light weight, and excellent responsiveness make it a solid choice. The minimalistic RGB lighting is a nice touch, and the battery life is outstanding. While the software isn’t the best, it’s still manageable.
However, the biggest drawback is the scroll wheel. After about 5–6 months of regular use, it becomes loose and starts glitching. Even the slightest touch can cause it to scroll erratically up and down. I tried using an air compressor and an electronics cleaner spray, but these solutions only provided temporary relief.
Unfortunately, this issue makes the mouse frustrating to use in the long run. If you need a reliable mouse, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Used the G305 for years until I got tired of the infamous double click issue with logitech. The Haste 2 was very good at first, got used to the shape right away and I use palm/claw hybrid. But after about 8 months:
The scrollwheel will jump in the opposite direction when scrolling.
Mouse cannot keep up with fast movement and clicking, will just stop working until you cycle the dpi button.
Mediocre software but tolerable.
Overall, if you’re not a competitive gamer or need usage for a fast-paced game then this mouse is great. But I’m just not happy when I’m surrounded by enemies in Diablo 4 and have to stop and cycle the dpi to use the mouse again, so this is a dealbreaker for me. Will look for a new mouse in the future.
Edit: The scroll wheel jump issue is worse now. This makes the mouse literally unusable for gaming or daily activities, unless you plan to scroll once every 5 seconds or something.
Edit 2 8/16/2024: Software has been completely reinstalled, problem still happens. I cannot even play fps games with this mouse because the sensor cannot keep up with tracking and every time I see an enemy, the mouse freezes up. The only solution I found was to keep it plugged in while playing fps games….but then what is even the point of paying 70$ for a wireless mouse if I can buy a 30$ wired mouse.
Edit 3 9/3/2024: Mouse is now unable to track accurately and will freeze when gaming with shooter games, unless plugged in.

Alors perso la souris n’est pas mal mais trop petite à mes goûts donc pour moi c’est pas une très bonne souris pour du gaming.

I am playing FPS games since 2008, I have used many mouse to fit the bracket and for this mouse I would never recommend anyone if you’re sole purpose is for gaming and mostly fps or Moba, I am getting double click issues in right mouse button, also when I use scroll wheel down for Bhops in valorant and csgo I always miss the hops due to incorrect tracking, Among 4-5 scrolls it misses the tracking. It has only been 8 months and the issues are many.
I would recommend do not waste your money in this device, the customer support asked me to go to the service center and no option for parcel or in house visit. Will update once I go to service center but still if you wish to invest your 6k then go for something else more value for money, I would suggest go for logitech instead.
