This is a very good computer in a really small small package. It is fast and powerful for the package, and has good specs. I did not give it a 5 because of Windows 11 issues with shared files on a network, which is somewhat unfair to HP who has built a really nice computer at a fair price. However, it took several hours of research and frustration to get the computer to work with shared files on my network, and it involved making changes to Group Policy for Windows 11 Pro, a procedure that many would not be comfortable with. This problem has been known since the release of Windows 11 24H2 and I can’t believe that Microsoft hasn’t issued a fix. The computer worked fine on the network as long as it was 23H2, but once Windows 11 Pro upgraded to 24H2 it not longer functioned properly. With the Group Policy changes, everything now works great, and I could not be happier with the purchase. Kudos to HP, and woe be to Microsoft!!!!

All systems, apps installed 1st time. Much faster than my old 5 year old desktop as advertised. Connected with little office network – no problem. Loved the smaller size.

Got this HP to replace my old tower computer. Setup was fast and simple and it runs all my applications flawlessly. My only negative (very minor) is the lack of an audio jack on the back to run my speaker system (but there is one on the front panel).

Computers that have been modified in any way voids the manufacture warranty. This is the reason the warranty is covered by them and not HP. I had to call HP for an issue with the PC’s, gave the tech the S/N and was told that these units was shipped without a operating system. Since Windows 11 was installed by a third party the warranty was voided. When I spoke to the seller about this they told me quote “All of our products are brand new and directly shipped from manufacturers to our warehouse facility. Since we sell computers with professional upgrades and customization, the manufacturer box will be opened by our engineers for customizing and testing.” Installing the OS is not a upgrade.

It’s a great computer. It’s fast, boots quickly and performs well. My only issue was with PC Online. I upgraded to a 1TB drive ($20 more) and received the computer came with 512GB. They said to send it back if it wasn’t what I ordered. I told them I was fine with 512GB and asked for a $20 refund because I already had it setup. They refused, saying I got what I paid for (wrong). It really wasn’t worth filing a claim with Amazon over $20 though.

Came with 32GB RAM, 1 TB storage and 13th gen Intel core CPU as well as 802.11ax (WiFi 6) – very easy setup and install and quite well equipped and works fast. The small form factor is a big bonus and lends the work area to be far less cluttered. Surprisingly good desktop (used for work, finance, web surfing, playing media not gaming).
