8月中旬に購入しましたが、10月中旬に突然電源が入らなくなりました。
デザイン、サイズ、性能が良く気に入っていたので有料で修理しようと思い、公式ホームページから修理店を問い合わせました。しかしながら、10日経っても何も返事がありません。良い製品だけにとても残念です。やはりこのサイズは無理があるのでしょうか。当たりハズレはあるかと思いますが、私としては０点です。

had an issue with the unit, amazon were no help the system just sent you round in circles trying to find help and would not accept a return, I contacted GEEKOM direct and they were amazing, arranged collection and replacement, such great customer service, would highly recommend GeeKom, great product and amazing service.

Très bon mini PC qui fait très bien le job pour tous les besoins bureautique mais aussi pour mon activité à plein temps de conseiller financier en négociation d’actifs financiers. J’utilise le logiciel Quantower pour ceux qui le connaissent qui est lourd à faire tourner. Et là aucun problème avec ce mini PC. Pas de latence. Rien à dire!

I had several issues with the machine and changed this msg a few times to be accurate as I always try to be, this Intel is extremely delicate, it needs a fan pointing to it to cool down and you need to keep an eye on it, it builts dust on the opening easily so you also need to be in a totally aseptic environment, I got a very good deal because mine was late and defective originally and got lost in mail detained by snow, service department was cooperative after the incident but unfortunately it is not always like that, I tested the limits of the machine and it gave me trouble again and now they want me to send it back from my pocket to be tested and to wait for a new one, I had extended time by Amazon to return the machine in case of trouble and I received the original 7:days after the date reflected, I should have still month and a half to return it FOR FREE according to the original contract that I have saved properly, I am permanently disabled and need now to pay Uber and service to send it back, Let’s see how it goes…
Ok new development, after loosing about $75 paying Uber back and forth to the UPS store plus the fee of a friend that has functioning legs but no car, they are not sending my new mini PC until they test mine, so I keep waiting which is also illegal according to the original contract, I wait and keep posting everywhere, check Google and others for updates. I will keep posting again and again as a good contributor of REAL AND HONEST feedback
Update: 4 days that they received the defective mini pc back and not even a tracking number of the replacement that was promised on the second day, this is looking worse and worse every day, not even the shipping fee, nothing, all lies after lies, unfortunately, do not buy from Geekom or this distributor
Update: 5 days from returning the mini pc and not a return of the postage or a tracking number or anything, Geekom administration chose to stop even answering, no explanation of any kind, I have months to protest, let’s see how far they go…
Pc finally arrived yesterday, on a damaged molded cardboard (not a shipping problem, box was undamaged outside) see photos, called Amazon they recognized my 3 months to return that I got for buying it on the Hollidays and my 3 years of warranty (follow the line of mishaps up and you will find all of this) I am not going to pay again to take it back to UPS to send it but I am not going to take this mess, the inside of the box was partially destroyed ,I have time , they suggested to let them take care of the situation, let’s see what is next.

Sadly, my 3 month old Geekom wouln’t power on anymore, probably a random defective power supply. I contacted Geekom customer support and they promptly sent me a new replacement that arrived in a few days. They even shipped it from their warehouse before I had time to ship the defective one back!
This all began a few days before Christmas and they were still able to get the new one to me on the 28th, by shipping immediately, to help with the slower USPS and Amazon holiday shipping times.
Geekom is awesome and I love my new working again GT12 Pro!! And thank you Shirley for your kindness and help!!

Boots up fast!! This is the i9 processor with plenty of memory and ssd drive 1tb. Quiet. The only minor complaint is only a few USB ports. (A hub solves this).

Happy. Please know I am cheap and look for value. I found it, and so did my other frugal pal at work, i.e. WE are GOOD shoppers and know value when we see it. Between the 2 of us, after searching all over for about 1/2 an hour, we didn’t find any other modern PC with an i9 processor, storage capacity, with Windows 11 and as many ports as this small thing for the value. Reread that last sentence with all the value in it. Heck, Keep shopping and prove me wrong. We didn’t find anything better (I’m trying to save you time here).
I had a dinosaur PC tower circa 2017 so when I saw this entire thing was the size of a large square double cheeseburger, it made me wonder… why do I need a tower? Is all of the space used inside? Smaller, faster, more powerful. Like me in the bedroom.
Why not 5 stars?
1. I haven’t had it longer than a week. Time reveals all things. Could it crash tomorrow or after the first update, or too much dust?
2. It seems warm. Granted I didn’t grope my old tower because it was on the floor but this is on my desk – a true desktop PC (LOL, clever me and word choice). Anyway, heat = crashing. It hasn’t but will it? Should I lower my AC or put a fan on it. Not like erupt in fire hot, but it makes me wonder if in the middle of something, it dies. I could be paranoid. If it does crash, rest assured I’ll come back and revise this review.
3. Ports and old adaptors. I had this really good speaker set for music, and none of the adaptors will fit the ports. I also am out of ports. Mouse, keyboard and external drive took up 3 USBs and a 4th one takes up something. HOWEVER, on the plus side, I like the new ports for USB-Cs which allows me to plug in my iphone 15 if I choose.
So 4.5 stars but I can’t give 1/2-ies.

Massenhafte Anschlüsse und super schnell. Das Einrichten war ein “Kinderspiel”. Ich habe sonst immer Computer als Minitower gehabt, aber dieser ist viel sparsamer im Stromverbrauch und hat trotzdem eine erstklassige Leistung. Er ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Computing power, size, connectivity and quietness are all great for a reasonable price in my experience. I suspect desk top computers will be normally this mini pc format before long; except big video card game machines.

Sleep Mode and yet the connections and fan continue running. I knew heat dissipation (less than 90W) would require lots from the fan for thermal management. It has been operating for a few days and it is in my living room driving the main TV – so I am not very thrilled listening to the fan whir and surge for cooling all day & night. Maybe these mini’s aren’t for everyone.

Best bang for the buck. Fast. Lots of memory and disk storage. The size is great. Best part is the windows install has ZERO extra software installed.
