I bought this camera because I recently added external monitors to my work-from-home setup. I wanted to be able to keep my laptop closed and out of the way (though still powering everything) which meant I needed an external camera, mic, and speaker for work meetings. This little gadget has done the trick.
I plugged it into my USB Hub (connected to the laptop) and windows instantly recognized it and it became the primary camera/speaker/mic for Zoom meetings. Not sure if it will do that for everyone’s setup but this made it extremely easy to use. The sound is better than I expected. Also, the speaker will serve as the main speaker for the computer (for watching videos, etc.).

Love the camera but never. Old get speakers or mic to work so had to buy separate components. Maybe not compatible with windows 11?

I would have liked something larger with better speaker quality, but not sure that you can get much more into one unit over one USB connection. I only use this for Zoom conferences and it is perfect, the sound is not bad, but I wouldn’t use this as my fulltime soundbar outside of just work calls. It’s very basic and small in terms of the speaker. Also note that the camera angle size is wider then a standard computer camera which is side to side AND up and down, so you pick up a lot of the room and either your lap or the ceiling. I might look for something in the future that has a zoom feature or some flexibility in this regard. Having said that, good product, works well, good mic, speaker is clear and loud (just very basic quality sound) and camera is clear; it fots easily and sturdily on top of the screen. The little magnetic cover for the camera – would be nice if the cover had the magnet in it rather than the camera so that it would stick to something when not veing used on the camera. I’m pretty positive this little piece will get lost sometime soon as it doesn’t stick to anything other then the camera

This webcam has a good quality camera but the speaker is not very good at all. I tried to connect it through my docking station on my computer but you can barely hear anything. When connected directly to the laptop it’s better but still not great. T sum it up, if you are buying it for video only, its a good unit. If you need the speaker with the video, find another webcam.

To be honest, the camera works OK. Speakers and microphone not so much, which really defeats the propose of buying the thing. Silly me – I had faith that it would work fine and bought it right before going out of town. By the time I got home and got it all set up to find it was basically a piece of garbage, I was out of the return window. I should have known better. Maybe I’ll try and contact the seller directly and see if they will refund. If they do, I’ll be surprised.
