Note that we did NOT get a new Dell computer. We looked up the serial number on Dell’s website to find that our computer was registered in the United Arab Emirates back in January of 2024 with only a few months of support left. Windows 11 Pro OS seemed improperly installed, as it did not work properly out of the box. Very frustrating.

Delivery was awesome and on time. The transition from old computer setup to the new computer was difficult but probably not the fault of the PC. There should be an easier way to move files, drivers, apps, programs, browsers, bookmarks, etc., to the new computer rather than starting from scratch. Microsoft could take a lesson from Apple where data, apps, photos, etc can be easily moved from the old iPhone to a new one. Windows 11 Pro is totally different than Windows 11 and the new features are not always welcome.

Good so far. Does not seem to be a lot of bloatware installed. It started up with no problems and I was able to configure it more or less like I want. Dealing with Windows is getting to be a pain. It is quiet. I was able to connect a printer by Wifi and an set of headphones by Bluetooth with no problems. Got online with no problems. It came with a keyboard and mouse which I did not expect. I guess it is mentioned somewhere in the product description that those are included.
