This is a beautiful laptop. It’s sturdy, compact, with a little heft to it which I prefer. It runs smooth, the keyboard buttons are “clicky” and don’t have a “mushy” feeling to it. The screen is crisp and clear and the overall performance is solid. The audio sound is superb. There’s enough ports to suit my cable connection needs.
There is however a small problem that a few other people in written reviews and videos: Quality control. Located on the top above the camera is a little cosmetic scratch on the outer hardened aluminum shell, as well as slight bending on the thin outer metal bezel on the screen around that area where the camera is. It’s as if the machine that presses that thin strip of metal is applying too much pressure in fitting it around the screen. It isn’t a deal breaker, but it is noticeable if you pay attention. I would expect it to be close to perfect if I was paying that much for the laptop.

Its light, extremely portable and discreet, the display is gorgeous and works really fast (though not immediate as I hoped). Battery lasts quite a lot but I personally haven’t timed it. If you use the usb-c ports to charge your cellphone and it’s fast charge compatible, it will drain the laptops soul like a succubus and FAST. It does gets hot in the middle far end of the keyboard, but underneath. Its an affordable competitor to the macbook air with much better specs. I feel very satisfied with the purchase.

It is an excellent laptop in every way. It is beautiful, fast and well put together. I have had it for one month and I am completely satisfied with it.

Great build quality, display, keyboard, trackpad, weight, battery life.
Great performance too – can run with +2 monitors attached with no issues. In perf mode can be loud, but there is no need to use that ever imo. Standard mode is just perfect.

If your a student, casual gamer, average office, and home user you will be more than happy. If not read on. This ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED Ultra Laptop, 13.3” OLED 2.8K Display, Intel Evo Certified, i7-1355U CPU, Intel® Iris Xe Graphics, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, Basalt Grey, UX5304VA-XS76T was not worth the price and functionality that it should have been. Sure the 9/10 rating, eco friendly branding military spec is convenient and attractive. I thought I’d at least give it a fair 4 months of everyday use review. I do lots of live video and audio editing and rendering. For those that don’t know, rendering and live editing while streaming are very intensive heavily processed functions that you cannot sacrifice. The latency issues, memory hogging services, constantly buffering is frustrating. There is now an option for an Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 which wasn’t an option or manufactured at the time I purchased the i7-1355U. Either case, the benchmark improvements of that cpu over this one are minimal if any. This Zenbook was not as powerful as I was led to believe. It looks great, and light, but it is not the workhorse the specs say it should be. I’ve been an Asus customer since 2009. This was the most underwhelmed and over hyped Bench marked product I could have ever imagined receiving from Asus. I expected more from Asus, and Intel has also been a disappointment over the years. I don’t know if I’m more mad at myself, Asus, Win 11, or Intel. If I could have returned it in earlier; I would have for a more powerful ASUS? computer. May be time for AMD instead of intel cpu, another brand Lenovo, or another operating system iOs? That’s neither here nor there. Outside of this I believe you will love this laptop with long battery life if you choose the eco functions. Oh the fan when need on high is little weird sounding and sounds like something is rattling or is wrong but its not. Minor annoyance.

Got my ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED yesterday. It’s really light and feels sturdy, plus it looks good. Runs apps smoothly, thanks to the good RAM and processor.
But, the OLED screen is a bit harsh on my eyes after a while. Also, no touchscreen, which is a bummer. The keyboard’s kind of awkward at first, but you get used to it.
Overall, it’s a decent laptop, just has a few downsides to consider.

Screen is defective. Quality of the cover material. Amazon is doing nothi g to help their customer. Asus is not responding. Never amazon anymore

I have been using this ultra laptop for about a month:
ASUS Zenbook S 13 OLED Ultra Laptop, 13.3
I do not do gaming, but there’s nothing about it. I don’t like I use it for business Internet PowerPoint browser. I have not heard the fan turn on once and the picture is outstanding in a pretty bright office and it’s very light and portable which laptop should be if you take it places.
