Very good monitor. high refresh rate. Very Sharp display. Touch screen is fantastic. Speaker volume is very low quality but I’m using an external amplifier. Highly recommend this monitor. But be sure to plug in the USB cable to enable touch screen.
I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 star because
1. Speaker quality volume is poor, very low sound
2. Screen wabbles when you the touch screen.
I fixed that problem with the wabbly screen by putting 3 pcv plasic pipes with pads on the back of the monitor. Now it’s solid when you touch the screen.
Overall, I love this monitor, crisp and vivid colors and perfect size for my desktop computer desk

I almost bought an entirely new computer because I was told that you cannot purchase a touch screen monitor and use it for an existing computer. So I purchased an all in one computer but I was unable to create videos because the computer sound was so loud.
Then I found this! It works great, I can still create my videos, and my carpal tunnel is much better since I can touch the screen instead of being forced to use the mouse.
I’d give it six stars if I could!!

I don’t know why they say this has a wide viewing angle. The screen has a matte finish. Goes dim unless you’re viewing straight on.

Contacted Avery direct and they walked us thru the installation/hookup with our laptop. Very easy to install. Very easy to use. Love the large screen

Touch screen failed 6 months after purchase. Return expired after 30 days. Garbage. Online Support totaly useless. I am an expert in computer technology and troubleshooted everything possible for this monitor to no avail. Would not recommend this Monitorfor purchase.

I really like it! The picture quality is excellent and the touch screen works great. Set up was easy, with no software or driver installation involved. The only issue I had was that the touch screen doesn’t work unless I connect the USB cable directly to my laptop. When I tried to connect the USB cable to my docking station the touch screen didn’t work. I’m using Windows 10.
