I tried plugging into the TV in conference room and it would not come up on my computer. Had to plug directly into computer. I wish there was a wireless dongle like there is for the speaker phone. Otherwise it is a great camera and great speaker phone

We are unable to bring the menu up to lock the camera so it is constantly moving around and zooms in/out non-stop. When we join a meeting, we are raising our hand to try and get it to stop which sometimes works. Most of the people on the other end are laughing at us from how the camera just constantly bounces around the room.
2 stars because the microphone/speaker connect easily and sounds good.

I needed a last-minute backup conference webcam with remote control for a Teams virtual community service event that I was sponsoring. The ridiculously expensive media camera that we planned to use didn’t play well with Teams in our practice runs, so I bought this as a backup. The event coordinator was so impressed when this camera and how easily it connected that we used it for the event. It worked seamlessly with Teams for us. We understood the limitations of the zoom range, so we positioned the camera about 10 ft from the podium on a tripod. I added a remote IR receiver for easier control of the remote from the side. Now, my wife and I use it for virtual family time with our married children and their families on the weekends. Great video quality, and the ability to zoom, pan and tilt with a remote are a bonus.
OPTION13 –
The equipment is of very good quality, but the connection from the camera to the TV is not wireless. You always have to use the computer, and when you try to connect it directly to the TV, it doesn’t work. You have to connect it to the computer first and then from the computer to the TV. There are no videos explaining this, and it doesn’t come with any software.

Update: Their customer service replaced my unit for free even though Amazon would no longer cover the purchase. The new one is working perfectly, and I appreciate the support. Their customer support couldn’t be better. They obviously stand behind their product.
The product is defective, and Amazon no longer allows me to return it. We can’t get the auto tracking to STOP. Great concept, bad execution. Maybe if we could get into the setup menu, we would be able to turn it off, but the MENU button on the remote flashes like it sent the request, but the camera won’t pull up the menu. Even if we turn off the auto tracking using the hand signals, it eventually times out and starts to auto-track again. Very annoying. Don’t buy this one. Purchase their 1080P. For some reason, better picture quality and doesn’t auto-track, but at least allows a stable conference room camera.

As soon I returned the camera because of a problem with image quality, and the out-tracking function. I was contacted by TONGVEO and they sent me a new camera so I could try it out.
The new camera worked great, the image quality was really good, and the auto-tracking function worked just as I was expecting it to.
I’m really impressed by the good service and the extra mile that the company went, in order to provide me with a product that I could be happy with.
I wish all companies could provide customer service as well as this company did.

El producto es excelente para sala de reuniones. me gusta mucho el audio es fidedigno y la calidad de la cámara muy buena.
inicialmente la instalación era un poco confusa, pero al final resulto ser simple, una vez que la computadora funciona con los dos dispositivos (cámara y bocina) es un proceso bien fácil.
Lo recomiendo como una opción bastante profesional.

Das USB – Kabel von der Kamera zum PC/Notebook könnte doch etwas länger sein. Wenn man die Raumtiefe ausnutzen will, benötigt man eben dieses und muss es verlängern. Ansonsten ein gutes Produkt.
