You would think an item as expensive as this is would come with Clear Concise Instructions.
It Does NOT.
No instructions AT ALL.
You have to come back to the product page and go to their video that show how to put it together.
HOWEVER
Those instructions are erroneous also!
That’s just my FIRST problem with this.
When you finally get it put together and turned on it takes a LONG time for it to actually boot up.
But then you have to try to get things set up.
As we all know, when you get a new device you have to set up things.
WELL, Expect your time to be at least DOUBLE to set anything up on this.
It is SO slow a Snail can beat it.
We still haven’t gotten to the really horrible problems.
Just wait till you try to hit any button/Tab that is in any corner of your tablet. Doesn’t matter if its the search tab or the brightness tab, any tab on a page of a website. If that tab is in any corner of the tablet
It Will NOT work.
You have to constantly flip from Portrait to Landscape and back again to get things to ‘Sometimes’ work.
So if you have it in Vertical position you have to flip it to Horizontal. Over and Over again to try to get a tab or button in a different area so you can get it to work.
That is Over and Beyond frustrating. This includes any X for closing a page to changing the brightness.
It also likes to just flip weird things on you. Like you touched something on the tablet even though you didn’t.
It takes you places you Do Not Want To Go.
Oh, and that HDMI plug Does NOT Work. AT ALL!
I don’t want to come off like I’m ranting so I’m not going to go over ALL the idiosyncrasies because they are NUMEROUS!
But not only did I and my Son in Law work on this for HOURS but it’s still not completely set up AND
It Doesn’t Work Worth a Plug Nickel.
I Can NOT Recommend to Anyone.

This is more of a tablet than a TV. It runs Android 13 in Tablet mode (not Android TV), and expects you to use the touch screen to configure and operate it (like a tablet). As a giant 27″ 1080p tablet, it is not terrible. The picture quality is good, and the interface is mostly responsive. It does take a long time to boot, about 2 minutes on the first boot, and 1-1.5 minutes afterwards.
It has a Mediatek CPU, as indicated by the bootlogo saying “Mediatek”. It has 6GB RAM and 128GB of Flash space. Initially when I set up my Google account, it kept saying “Something went wrong” when trying to check for updates, but after a reboot, it worked. Everything needs updating, all of the apps, and the Google Play Services.
When installing apps you will be looking for Tablet apps not TV apps.
The product has a pop-up camera, and it tucks into the bezel, so it hides away neatly and doubles as a privacy protector. The product also has a built in gyroscope, so it can tell when it is rotated automatically.
The battery is in the base, and the product seems to require the base, as I was not able to get it to power on when offering it normal USB nor PD. The battery life is adequate, about what you’d expect of a 27″ tablet, not terrible, but probably won’t run all day with streaming.
The base has wheels that are slightly embedded into the base, giving a low clearance for the base.
The product has HDMI in tucked under the “USB” rubber cover. HDMI in is VERY flaky. It auto-launches an app, and is constrained by the Android UI (doesn’t go proper full-screen, so the nav bar is still there), therefore you cannot get a proper 1080p image from HDMI in. Trying to do ANYTHING while HDMI In is active will result in the HDMI app freezing. If you exit the app then go to the notifications bar there is a quick setting for “HDMI” but tapping it does nothing, and holding it crashes “System UI”. They need to release an update to better support the HDMI in port.
It includes an “Aurora Store” which seems to let you access the Google Play store either with a login or anonymously. I haven’t played much with the Aurora Store, I did not log in because it brought up a login form instead of properly using device credentials.
Overall this is an interesting device, but in my opinion definitely not worth $600+, maybe $250, $300 at best. At least until they improve the quality of the user experience and HDMI.

The setup for this device was easy using the included instructions. The base is really sturdy and doesn’t allow the display to wobble much. The wheels are fantastic, they even move the display smoothly on thicker carpets. Configuring the itself tablet was easy; it came with a stock Android setup that many people are familiar with. The tablet is responsive and quick, but the visual display could be better. You can see the ‘graying’ brightness in the corners of the display. Don’t expect iPad quality display and visuals, but it’s fine for business conferences or YouTube videos.

Absolutely amazing portable tablet!! I got this tablet to be able to move it around the house from the kitchen while cooking to follow recipes, to use on the couch, kids for studying/homework, etc. It is extremely fast, is very large and easy to see, and has a long battery life. Putting it together was fairly simple by myself but would be best to have help while getting the screen onto the stand. The stand is also very sturdy and rolls smoothly across many different surfaces but could see an issue if you have deep carpets but I only have wood, tile, and very short carpets and it has no issue rolling on any of them. Can be used vertical or horizontal. Touch screen has also been very accurate and responsive. Picture is clear and sound is as good as any monitor speaker. There are endless possibilities to use this for the office, school, home, business, etc as in the end it really is just a large tablet running android software.
