This computer is the biggest piece of crap. Worked semi-ok for a few days. If you shut it down you are lucky if it will start back up. If it does start back up, it runs so slow and spend most of its time unresponsive.

This computer was used like a workhorse. The processor overheats easily causing the computer to shut down constantly. We replaced the Thermal Paste which helped. However the pc is still buggy, freezing up and random memory errors. Very disappointing

Arrived with main hard drive only having less than 60 gigs of space not 1 TB as sold. So can’t install any programs because the hard drive has no room? And of course assistance is not available on the weekend. Will see what happens on Monday when I can contact seller. I WAS excited about the new system guess I’ll shut it down and go back to my old one!

dislike it keeps turning off. event viewer said dll error. came with external plug in usb to ethernet to work atound dead nic on motherboard, but they didnt tell us and didnt even turn off the nic built in in the OS.

We purchased 3 of these for a new office. The company responsible for refurbishing for Amazon configured the hard drives weird. On the main 1TB SSD drive they partitioned the accessible portion to ONLY around 80 GB. Windows was also installed on this partition. At a point, you quickly end up maxing out the space. The only thing you could do to get around the issue was to manually select the install directory to the 4TB HDD which is another problem all together. We reformatted and reinstalled Windows entirely. I don’t know why the “refurbishers” decided to leave unnecessary homebrew programs, they looked useless.
