I bought this for my teenage son for his gaming rig. It looks great and the RGB matches his mouse and fans. The keyboard is solid as you would expect from the brand. The keyboard has been used daily for a few months now and it’s shown no issues.

5 stars for the quality however it lacks some features. Good for the price.

I love everything about it. I can’t get into my BIOS with the delete key, but neither could my other keyboard except once on accident. So clearly the problem lies elsewhere. But thats irrelevant.
I love membrane keyboards now. I’d always heard they felt bad. But they feel and sound great too me. Obviously a preference thing. It’s much quieter than my mechanical keyboard, and that was the entire point in me getting the keyboard. So that’s great. I can press these keys as fast I want without breaking the sound barrier! Keep in mind, any keyboard will be loud during intense gameplay, but this one is still quieter.
I love having a full keyboard. Used to have a 60%. The extra keybinds are great. Feels super responsive in my experience. No complaints. The media wheel is pretty fun to play with. Just don’t accidentally blow out your eardrums by maxing the volume and forgetting it. The rgb is bright enough without flashbanging you. Nice weight. Feels like a solid keyboard. Material feels great. Magnetic wrist rest is awesome. I love it. I wish it was a little stronger of a connection, but it’s perfectly fine. No complaints.
Can’t speak for software because I’m on Linux.
Edit: I made into BIOS a long time ago. Just needed to hold the key instead of pressing it as fast as I could.

This keyboard is probably the best one I’ve ever had. It is built so well. It is made mostly of some sort of aluminum. It does not bend at all and it just feels very nice. I have had a keyboard that was so cheap that it bent even when I was typing normally (I don’t type very hard), so this was a nice change. The metal volume dial is very high quality, and yet again, just feels well-built. There is also a little button that controls 4 things. It will pause and play your music, skip to the next song, go to the previous song, and open up menus in the OLED display. The OLED screen is very nice. It could be a little brighter, and the larger pixels make it harder to display certain things. But, what makes up for that is that with the program you can install, you can download apps that will change what the screen says. My 2 favorites are Discord and System Monitor. They RGB lighting is really nice. Each light can be its own color and with the program, you can make your own lighting configurations. The keys sound very nice. They are clicky, but too clicky. They are also easy to press, but not so easy that I could see myself accidentally pressing one. It also comes with a wrist rest. It magnetically attaches and feels very smooth and high quality. Overall this keyboard just feels very premium and super high quality. I would recommend it to someone who wants a good keyboard with some very nice features from a good brand and does not mind spending the premium cost.

I have been a fan of Steel Series for quite a while now and this keyboard did not disappoint!
The construction of this keyboard is fantastic. It has a durable metal case that feels extremely sturdy and has a very nice weight. The included wrist rest is magnetic, and the magnets are strong enough to keep it in place without worrying about knocking it off by just moving around. The keystrokes feel really nice and responsive for both gaming and general use, and overall this a very comfortable and satisfying keyboard to use on a daily basis. The RGB lights are also a very nice touch, and the Steel Series software is very easy to use and provides great customization options to get the look and feel you need. You can also use programs like SignalRGB and OpenRGB to control the lights if you prefer.
For the price of this keyboard, I am pretty blown away by how good the quality is. This is an awesome all-around keyboard at a great price, and I’d definitely recommend it. I bought mine for my gaming rig and I’m seriously considering buying a second one for my workstation! 😄

The keyboard is amazing. It has per key illumination which the software is very cool with.
It gets recognised by signal rgb software so it syncs everything together.
The feel is good it has mechanical clicks with membrane so doesn’t feel like your bottoming out the keys.

For membrane, this keyboard sounds great, really good solidness and great RGB.
Considering it was £47 this is an incredible keyboard.

Quick review.
1) I CAN TYPE AGAIN! I had switched to a turtle beach vulcan and there’s a gap between the keys that I just cannot get used to. The feel, size of keys, near-silent typing, feel great. It’s really nice to type on. It’s heavy and feels well built. I was able to snag this (TKL Apex3) for $34. Amahhhzing value.
2) THE M1-M6 KEYS ARE NOT INDEPENDENT! You cannot bind them as meta keys as you can in the Apex7 keyboard. You will have to replace your insert key, or etc. I REPEAT: You CANNOT bind to the M1-M6 keys on the Apex3.
3) I hadn’t noticed when purchasing that there is no dedicated print screen key. So as mentioned above, I changed my insert key to act as print screen as I have come to rely on the snipping tool quite frequently.
In summary, at 30-40$ this keyboard is a…Steel! Ha.
