Some nice things: If manufactured as designed, this would be a decent touch-screen monitor. The LCD displays a nice image (when it isn’t wigging out). Also the touch-screen functions exactly as one would expect (I only tried it in single-touch mode).
The mechanical defects, however, are between unbelievable and surprisingly bold. Most surprising: One of the four VESA mount threaded screw inserts (the thing you screw into) is completely sealed over by plastic (in the photo where the label is prominent). Ironically, there’s a “QC” sticker placed hardly a couple inches away from this overt manufacturing defect.
A bit disappointing, the connectors are not centered in the cut-outs as intended (see either photo with the connectors). Further evidence of a sloppy build.
Unsure if it’s related to the misalignment or normal: HDMI cables, if not inserted just right, would scramble the image. I tried multiple HDMI cables. I’ve never experienced such sensitivity with HDMI before. Once snug, the image was stable at least.
Front face cosmetic defects: There are a couple voids (missing plastic) where the frame meets the front (see picture with two red arrows). The other issues, at least were on the back-side.
Lastly, there’s another cosmetic defect in the rear cover where there’s a streak in the plastic (third picture). This isn’t a big deal. If it were the only flaw, would be overlooked, but thought I’d add it to the list.
I can’t imagine the manufacturer/seller was unaware of these issues. If they really were oblivious, that’s sad. If they were aware but just hoping a buyer would not care or notice–that’s abysmal. I wish sellers would be up front when products listed have glaringly obvious manufacturing defects, especially any sold as new.

I should have paid attention to the reviews to realize that most people that bought this all had the same issues. Not only did it arrive late, the screen was defective with multiple scratches and dents which indicates it was not new as listed. The build and quality really had the potential to be an outstanding terminal but this seller was not an honest one. Please be aware and dont make same mistakes as me!!!
