Dell is unable to transfer ownership to US for support. Dell refuses to give support on this need to return. If you’re buying in China, you have it made if you’re buying in USA good luck.

1 for 2. Ordered two of the machines. First one I was very impressed. Second one, not so much. Blinks 4 white, then 2 amber. Dell tech support answered quickly and confirmed it needs a replacement motherboard. Indicated it was 180 days old and I bought it three days ago. I am returning this one and will see how the next one goes.

Product does not come with WiFi despite the description and specs stating both Bluetooth and WiFi are included. After hours of troubleshooting I discovered there wasn’t even a WiFi card inside. Contacted the vendor to attempt to give them a chance to make right on the issue and they ignored me.
Other than that product is fine.

I’m impressed at the capabilities of this computer in such a small package. I think I’m going to be completely happy with it, but there are a few things I think should be mentioned. First, it’s not important to me, but the description here says the CPU is 2.3 GHz, but the System Information says it’s 1.7 GHz. More important to me is that the HDMI output will only go up to 1920×1080 resolution. I could not find that limitation mentioned either here or on Dell’s website. I have a 4k (3840×2160) monitor that only has HDMI inputs — it’s actually a “smart” monitor — so I was upset about this. Fortunately, I was able to get an adapter to go from the DisplayPort output to HDMI, which works like a charm. The other thing that is potentially of concern is that, at one point I was thinking about contacting Dell support about the resolution issue, and I got a message something like, this computer is registered in China, do you want to contact support in China, or international support? Hopefully that won’t be a problem, but I can imagine that it could be if I need non-routine support for anything. Perhaps the China connection explains the relatively low price of this computer.
