I have only had this computer for a few days, but so far it has been great. It is very quiet and much smaller than my old computer. I really like that it did not come loaded with a bunch of programs that I did not need. For the cost of this computer it just seems like a really good deal. I would recommend it.

After receiving and setting up this PC the fan makes a horrible noise. I contacted Lenovo and they told me I was sold a product that is out of warranty by a 3rd party seller.
Amazon is now helping me to resolve this issue.
Frustration doesn’t even come close to how I am feeling.

El soporte es original, sólido y tiene un buen área para una laptop grande o para integrar un docking original. Las patas frontales para detener la laptop son de buen tamaño e ideales para las laptop gruesas

I bought this as I thought it would be a decent computer. I however just found out that the network adapter is no longer supported even though the operating system is windows 11 pro the card is not even rated for windows 11. very disappointed and there are no driver updates for it. Very frustrating to say the least that you have to double check every component of a machine. Not sure if I will buy from again depends if they fix the network driver or update the wifi/bluetooth

I’ve had positive experiences with two Lenovo laptops, both functioning well for an extended period. Based on this, I decided to replace my desktop with a Lenovo model. Unfortunately, the new Lenovo desktop has been problematic. After only three days of use, it began experiencing significant issues:
The Wi-Fi modem stopped working properly.
The system frequently freezes.
Blue screens occur regularly.
I’ve confirmed it’s not a gateway issue, as all my other devices work fine simultaneously. After a day of troubleshooting, the desktop’s Wi-Fi began working intermittently, but with a weak connection.
These problems are particularly frustrating given Lenovo’s typically reliable performance. The contrast between my long-lasting laptops and this new desktop’s immediate issues is stark. It’s possible that this particular unit may have hardware defects, especially considering the Wi-Fi and system stability problems occurred so soon after purchase.
