The computer is fine, except the software requires an extra pin to use the computer. You also have to use the pin, each time you log into a passworded site, before it will allow you to log into the site. This is frustrating and an unnecessary requirement. The computer comes with a USB internet adapter, which sometimes will not work and requires resetting or restarting the computer until it works. I am replacing this with an actual network adapter card. The cost was fine, but this computer included features that are not necessary.

This computer replaced an old Dell OptiPlex I purchased in 2010. That computer crashed I needed a new one but was on a Budget This Inspiron exceeded my expectations. I work remotely as a freelance Medical Coder/Biller this new dell makes it so easier to complete my charts. I was up and running in about 30 minutes or so I already had an Microsoft account once I was able to sign with my Microsoft credentials everything was transferred from the OptiPlex I was even able to access my Microsoft Office with my product key. I love that it’s Bluetooth, if I need more memory I can add that later, I’m not a “hard core” gamer so I can’t speak of that aspect, I also love that I can connect both my monitors to this PC Using both Display port and HDMI
This computer doesn’t have VGA input (I prefer to use Display port or HDMI better screen resolution) Windows wasn’t recognizing my 2nd Monitor at first I had to restart the computer a few times then I saw my Monitor 2nd coming on Lol, it comes with a keyboard and mouse (wired usb) it boots up really fast and when I’m surfing the internet it’s SUPER FAST! I love that and I can use my wireless headset after I plugged in my usb dongle Windows immediately recognized it. Doesn’t come with a Monitor but luckily I already had my own! Computer is very quiet something else I have to get use to my OptiPlex was noisy Lol Overall really Great system Thanks!

Arrived promptly before the promised delivery date. My grandson set it up for me. Dell as usual is a very reliable computer. I’m still getting used to Windows 11, frankly I prefer Windows 10 or even 8, but I guess I’ll get used to 11. I like the 4 USB ports on the front of the console. I purchased my old Dell in 2016. The only reason I upgraded was I got hacked 3 times and the computer was now open to further attacks – I’d love to send those damned thieves on a olne way trip to the moon.

I bought this PC with the intention of making it a Linux web server. The first thing I did was remove the included 1tb NVMe drive without ever booting Windows. I put in a 2 tb NVMe drive and a 4 tb NVMe drive on a PCIe adapter card from Sabrent. I added an 18 tb 3.5″ SATA hard drive for backup use, then installed AlmaLinux 9.5 which was a piece of cake. I have a second 4tb NVMe stick coming which will replace the 2tb drive used for testing. I took out the included 32 gb of RAM and replaced it with two 32 gb boards for 64 gb total. Yummy!
I will be shipping this server to a datacenter in Kansas City that accepts desktop computers.
It is an excellent product. The BIOS supports automatic power on after a power failure, and it is a very attractive BIOS on a full HD monitor. It boots very fast, is good value for price. I like the fact that it does not have built in WiFi since in a server that would just increase the attack surface.
It does not support PCIe bifurcation so I can’t use a dual NVMe PCIe card, but 8 tb total will be plenty for an old man.
