Loved the fact that it uploaded everything from my old HP computer, including all my apps, without my having to do any connections whatsoever. My only complaint is that it is not recognizing my scanner on my HP printer which I’ve checked their list of Windows 11 printers and it is on it. Still working with HP to correct this but not getting anywhere yet.

I bought this computer almost primarily for the office suite!. I got the computer, and the first thing I noticed was that the Office suite was not installed. Then I read the obscure and confusing directions which contradict themselves. Instead of the office suite I paid for, there was only their 365 subscription service. I tried calling HP customer service, and they said they couldn’t help me since it was a software issue, but they would try for free…
To be sure I didn’t do this wrong I even had a professional look at it and I still ended up with the 365 subscription on my computer.. I will not be buying anything from this company again.

Absolutely love this PC. Not tower to take up space. I was able to set it up in about 10 minutes. Super fast, clear screen, and TONS of storage.

My previous HP was a good computer but this model seems a bit cheaper. I can’t get my external auxillary cord speakers to work. IThe built in speakers are crap and I bought it for music production so this is a major loss for me. I’m troubleshooting and hoping the bluetooth speakers will work.

I have own 3 HP all in one, they have never failed, Microsoft just stop updating the operation systems (XP, 8, 10) but the computers always perform at 100% even after 10 or more years, my HP is used daily for work and personal use.
